Which skills are needed in diversity management?
Individuals who are open to change, have high empathy, cultural awareness and strong cultural communication are the building blocks of creating a diverse and multicultural environment. Creating social transformation with the ability to think critically is possible for the individuals who have these competences!
The second output of the “Culturally Diverse Humanly United (CDHU)” project has been completed. As part of the first output of the project, definition of diversity management and current situation analysis of partner countries; revealed the deficiencies of the competencies required for self-awareness and diversity management. These competencies, which are the reference of the second output, were gathered under the title of "Skills Library" and appeal to individuals who want to live in a diverse and inclusive world with the contributions of 5 partner countries.
